Our Story

Dien Inc. was founded in 1996 by Dien Stout, a Native American woman. Our founder drew on her extensive knowledge in chemical distribution, passion for client management, and entrepreneurial spirit to grow our company and strengthen relationships. We are extremely proud of our origin and Dien’s influence persists today.

In March 2020, Dien Inc. was acquired by LBB Specialties LLC, a leader in the North American specialty chemical and ingredients distribution industry. This partnership will allow continued growth and superior service as we move forward together. Read more about the acquisition here.

Our customer base comes from a wide variety of industries and our private warehouse enables us to hold and supply hundreds of products from its Dallas location. A second warehouse location in St. Louis helps signify our growing influence across the country.
